Common Questions
Q: Why do some Chat Rooms require webcams and why can't I join?
A: The person hosting the Camfrog Server Chat Room you tried to join allows only desktop clients with webcams. We plan to add a setting to Camfrog Server in the future so the room owner can decide to also allow mobile clients with no video viewing or broadcasting capabilities. You can always use our free desktop clients to access any rooms.
If this app is popular and gets good reviews we may consider adding room viewing/broadcasting.
Q: Can I use Camfrog Video Chat with my iPod Touch.
A: You can use Camfrog Video Chat with your iPod Touch, but to talk and listen you'll need a pair of iPhone style headphones with a built in microphone.
